Gyotaku is an ancient form of Japanese that dates back in the mid-1800 as a way for fishermen to record their catch of the day but has evolved into an artform of its own.
Artist and fisherman name is Captain Bill Lowman who fished from a young age and has always respected and appreciated the natural beauty of the sea and the life within it. His art captures that beauty.
